What Our Coriolis Meters Measure
A Coriolis mass flow meter reads mass flow directly. It does not need temperature and pressure compensation. The meter also reports density and temperature at the same time. This matters for batching, blending, custody transfer, and reactor feed control.

Why Mass Flow Instead of Volume Flow
Volume changes with temperature and pressure. Mass does not. This is why we tell customers who buy diesel, LPG, bitumen, or edible oil to look at a Coriolis meter first. You pay for kilograms. You should measure kilograms.
A volume meter plus a separate density meter costs more in the long run. Two instruments, two calibrations, two potential failure points. A Coriolis meter combines them into one sensor. That is the whole value proposition.

Coriolis meters do not need long straight runs. You can install one right after an elbow or a pump. That saves space on crowded skids. Most engineers skip this part until they see the piping layout.
We recommend a zero
For gas applications, keep the pressure above 10 bar if possible. Low pressure gas has less mass per volume. The signal gets weaker. We have seen this on customer sites many times. It is not a meter problem. It is a physics limit.
Pressure Drop and Viscosity
Pressure drop depends on flow rate, density, viscosity, and pipe size. For DN25 at 3,000 kg/h of water, expect around 0.8 bar drop. For 200 cP syrup, drop rises. Tell us your product and viscosity in cP and we will check the model for you.
